1) Engineering & Technician Trainee: BE/ B.Tech with 60% marks, Diploma passed.

2) Trade Trainee: ITI Passed with minimum 60% marks.

3) Trainee HR: MBA (HR) with 60% marks, MSW with 60%, CA/ ICWA (Final/ Inter)/ CS (Final / Inter), LLB (3/5) with 60%.

Job location: Kochi

Age limit for the KMRL Recruitment: 18 years to 25 years

Pay scale:
* Engineering Graduates: Rs. 10,000/- per month.
* Non Engineering Graduates: Rs. 10,000/- per month.
* Diploma Holders: Rs. 7,500/- per month.
* ITI Holders: Rs. 5,000/- per month.

Selection process for the KMRL Recruitment:
* Written test.
* Interview.
